CRN, VARBusiness, Ingram Advisor, Processor – Do not read end user pubs. Bunty reads for articles whereas Manish get industry news from the web and actually thumb through the issues for ads.

What do you think about our print and web products?
Loves CRN – been reading for 20 yrs. Use to advertise in Marketplace in 1988. 
 
What do we do in print and on the web that you like?
Timely trusted source. Will forever read CRN – no matter of design etc because it's a trusted source and has been for 20 yrs.
 
What should we being doing that we are not doing now from a print or web perspective?
More local events.

Visit all their partner websites for product information
 
What are your biggest pain points in selling?
The consultative sell. Most customers are brand loyal

CRN or recommended by customer
 
Does everyone in your organization use our products?
Yes
 
Where do you see the next growth opportunity?
Upgrades. Have about 25 customers where they do managed services and all of them will need some sort of upgrade in 2007. Will proactively recommend upgrades, new services, products etc.
